Relaxation without support leads to contraction or the body structure. Relaxation with support brings expansion. In this class you will learn how to move with fluidity and how to smoothly place the floating device under the receiver’s knees. |

|
In a stress-free atmosphere, and based on clear technical fundaments, in Jahara Basic you will have the opportunity to develop your unique qualities as an aquatic therapist, integrating freedom with support, and technique with heart. |
